Minimum stay is 5 days.

3 day deposit is required on any rental.

Any cancellations need to be made 14 days prior
to moving in, in order to get a partial refund.

Of course we can discuss any other arrangements (long term or family rental, etc.)

On your arrival we will meet you at the apartment and give you the keys, collect the remaining balance and the $500 US security deposit which will be returned to you at the time of departure if the apartment is in the same condition (no damage or missing objects) as when you arrived.

If the cost of the damage and the missing objects are superior to $500 US security deposit you must pay the balance.
